DO I CHOOSE MY OWN PHOTOGRAPHER?

Always! When you submit your availability request you may select your top three photographers and we will attempt to get your preferred photographer booked for you.

MAY I MEET MY PHOTOGRAPHER BEFORE THE EVENT?

Absolutely! We ask that a meeting between you and your photographer be held approximately 4 months before your event. You will discuss your event with your photographer. You may review his/her portfolio, and you even may request a different photographer or cancel for a full refund after the meeting (assuming it is outside the 60 day window before your event).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FINAL PHOTOS?

Many photographers take months to select and edit your final photos. We will deliver your final photos to you within 4 weeks after your event but generally average quicker!

HOW MANY PHOTOS CAN I EXPECT?

This will depend on many factors, however as a general idea if you schedule a 10 hour wedding shoot you can expect over 500-1000 hand edited photos!

WHAT IF DUE TO AN UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE MY LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER CAN'T MAKE MY WEDDING?

You will have a signed contract for your wedding photography and your wedding photographer will be there! Unfortunately things outside the control of the photographer can occur (major sickness etc.) and it pays to be prepared. One of the benefits of booking through Boutique Photo Pros Inc. is that we have a large network of photographers ready to meet your needs and they are notified to be ready in the case of a call on short notice. If for any reason your lead photographer cannot make it we will make every attempt to book a replacement on short notice. You will also have your second shooter to confirm that your event will be covered.
